To have migraine is a horrible thing. I think migraine is the most severe pain I have ever suffered. It is very frequent for me ie; thrice in a week. I usually get migraine early in the morning which prevent me pursue my studies and also affect my &lt;a href="http://nursesgateway.com.au/"&gt;nursing carrier&lt;/a&gt;. Migraine is a vascular headache.No one has found out the real cause of migraine. There are a lot of people suffers migraine like me especially women.Some of the triggering factors are the habit of eating&amp;nbsp;chocolates, drinking or eating very hot or very cold food, use of old cheese, coco drinks, drinking coffee, lack of sleep, skipping food, lack of&amp;nbsp;exercises, disturbed mind, exposing to hot or cold weather etc., &amp;nbsp;I hope that my disease is hereditary as my father got it. I am working as a &lt;a href="http://nursesgateway.com.au/"&gt;clinical nurse&lt;/a&gt; in one of the famous hospitals in Brisbane. Due to migraine there were many situations that I had to take sick leave. I would like to pursue &lt;a href="http://nursesgateway.com.au/"&gt;masters in nursing&lt;/a&gt;. I am scared that migraine will affect my studies. I am trying to avoid all the triggering factors. But it is still disturbing me.
